Remember making the mistake that you now think you shouldn’t have?

How many times a day do you get the thought that you could have done it the other way, so you wouldn’t be regretting?

I am sure the count must be 100 times or more, but are you anyway happy? If you think about the mistakes everyday and be upset about it, does the action leading to happiness? No, right?

Then what is the use of such a continuous thought process?

Instead, we can consider the feeling of regret and work towards improving them. What is done cannot be undone, but you can make sure to not repeat them. That is when you start to grow. Your growth is entirely dependent upon the lessons you allow and work on to improve them.

So, if you do not want the unhappy life, make sure you don’t sit with the regrets.
